Jon England is a commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in acquisitions, brokerage, and direct ownership.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in millions of square feet of commercial real estate transactions across multiple markets, working with a wide range of investors and operators.

He brings hands-on ownership experience across multiple asset classes, including self-storage, industrial, retail, and manufactured housing communities. His expertise includes structuring complex transactions and helping maximize value through strategic execution.

As the founder of JSE Properties, Jon leads the company’s efforts in acquiring and operating income-producing commercial assets.
